Warranty Policy

All our Ebroh scooters are guaranteed for manufacturing defects for 24 months from the moment of delivery.

All components susceptible to wear such as brake pads, tires, shafts, bearings and bulbs are excluded from the warranty.

The warranty will be voided when any of the following cases is met:

When a malfunction due to human error or negligence of the machine user is demonstrated.
Weather causes.
When the machine use limit is forced.
A professional or commercial use, being able to generate a timely guarantee.
When non-original parts of Ebroh are used during repairs or that you perform any maintenance or repair operation at a technical service not authorized by Ebroh.
All motorcycles and components have recommended maintenance deadlines and should be checked periodically by an official dealer. Failure to comply with these conditions invalidates the warranty against manufacturing defects
