PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW THE DELIVERY OF A PURCHASE

DELIVERY
Packages are generally sent by carrier, within 24-48 hours, once the payment of the amount has been confirmed. In the event that Ebroh Bikes has an item out of stock, and that your supplier can supply it to us, the shipment can generally be made within 72 hours.

Please note in any case that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY
If delivery is impossible for us, your product / s will be returned to our warehouse. We will notify you of this circumstance by email and we will indicate how to make it be sent to you again. If you are not going to be at the place of delivery at the agreed time, please contact us to arrange delivery on another day.
Please bear in mind that the storage and new shipment of your product (s) may have an additional cost.
RETURNS
You have the right to return the product within a maximum period of 7 days after receipt. It is advisable to contact Ebroh Bikes in advance.
The return must always be made with the original packaging and by the means of transport that was received. The return costs will be paid by the customer.

We offer a two-year warranty on all products marketed on this website.
TRANSFER OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP
The responsibility and risks of the products will be your responsibility from the moment of delivery.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of the products will be the one stipulated at all times on our website. However, in the event of a wrong price being reflected, we reserve the right to subsequently inform the customer of the correct price and its application.

RETURN POLICY

SHIPMENTS DAMAGED OR MISSING PARTS.
Case 1:
The merchandise has been received with obvious damage due to transport.
In case of receiving damaged merchandise:
Photograph the damaged package next to the carrier’s vehicle.
Photograph the damaged parts.
State in writing on the delivery receipt that the courier has signed “subject to control, merchandise visibly damaged”.
Photograph the aforementioned proof of delivery.
Immediately report the damages to EBROH by email (info@ebroh.es) with a brief description, and as exhaustive as possible, of the incident and attach the corresponding images as indicated above.
Case 2:
No damage, but with open packaging
If you receive the merchandise with the packaging open or absent, immediately photograph the pallet near the carrier’s van and carry out an immediate control of the merchandise.
If one or more components are missing:
Photograph the details of such open or missing packaging.
State in writing on the delivery note that the courier has signed “subject to control, merchandise with open packaging and missing”.
Photograph the aforementioned proof of delivery.
Immediately report what happened to EBROH by email (info@ebroh.es) with a brief, and exhaustive description of the incident and attach the corresponding images as indicated above.

GUARANTEE
In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not comply with the provisions of the Contract, you should contact us immediately through our contact form providing the product data as well as of the damage suffered, or by calling the numbers 876 269 494 or 910 589 696. You must return the product to the address indicated above. We will proceed to carefully examine the returned product and we will notify you by e-mail within a reasonable period of time if it is necessary to return or replace it (if applicable).
