{"id":5471,"date":"2019-10-28T18:58:29","date_gmt":"2019-10-28T16:58:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ebroh.es\/e-bikes-warranty-policy\/"},"modified":"2021-04-13T09:40:51","modified_gmt":"2021-04-13T07:40:51","slug":"e-bikes-warranty-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ebroh.eu\/en\/e-bikes-warranty-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"E-Bikes Warranty Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><strong>EBROH<\/strong> offers a 2 year frame warranty against any manufacturing defect to the first owner.<br \/>\nAll other components mounted on the bicycle, such as forks, wheels, transmission, brakes, seatpost, power and handlebar have a 2 year manufacturing defects warranty, with the warranty conditions offered by the respective manufacturers or distributors of components of other brands originally assembled.<br \/>\nAll parts and components exposed to wear such as covers, bushings, reducers, bearings, will be exempt from warranty.<br \/>\nchain, plates, sprockets, spokes, brake pads, brake discs and cuffs when the reason for the failure is attributable to wear.<br \/>\nThe battery and other electrical components of the bicycle, such as controller, display, wiring and motor, will have a default warranty of<br \/>\nManufacturing, 2 years.<br \/>\nThis warranty does not cover any problem caused by incorrect assembly, misuse or use of the different bicycle model for which it is<br \/>\nIt was designed, lack of maintenance, negligence, impact, accidents, the use of the bicycle or the frame in conditions that are not considered<br \/>\ncommon, such as competition, rental or use in commercial activities.<br \/>\nAll bicycles, frames and components have recommended maintenance periods and should be checked periodically by a dealer<br \/>\nofficial.
